I am concerned that Lou might want more categories or possibly a few more menu options.
I think we need to make an "order" or shopping cart link on the Home Page.
**Also, we might have to address the word "MENU" ** I know that it should be obvious since we are selling food what "menu" means BUT it in terms of interface design it could also indicate a "main menu page".
In other words, just looking at the flowchart (which has no indication that we are selling food) the Menu link seems more like a table of contents vs. a food product list.
